Relationship

Actually, I want to have serious relationship with someone, but i don't know how to start...we already friend for a few moment, that's why I want to go to next level which can make me happy... But there is something in my mind that hard to solve>>>Study + Love = Success @ Study + No Love= Success... I'm still confuse, which one is better to me right now...
